Speaking as a new parent, you honestly do get an upper body workout. But I might try some of these out, as well. Also, changing a dirty diaper is nothing compared to a colicky baby.
My 4 year old 'weight' runs just over 40 lbs. I should be able to exercise my thyroids quite vigorously.
Now.. where is that weight?
